Current BETR, BSAC, CITRIS Foundry, Skydeck, LBL Cyclotron Road, and Bakar Labs Tenant companies receive a $6,500 discount for the first employee. This discount does not apply to former or alumni members of these groups.

60.5% overhead does not apply to annual AMCF.
